Anybody could check again on craigslist and confirm about this person again?

Shes like she works in the canadian army with and cant meet and will send the keys etc after the via bank transfer. i started suspecting becuase the ad was too goood to be true. then i checked the rentals for the same appartment and they werent less then 2000 i told her how do i know if its not a fruad she replied back with a certificate but i booked it wasnt real then i searched up on good her msgs and this came up. This guy posted on Craig's List for $400/mo. for an apartment that is in a great location in Victoria @ 1655 Begbie Street. HUGE SCAM. Told me it was vacated because he's on an expedition in Portland, Oregon, and his wife is in the UK. He said he was in a minor accident that affected both ears so can't talk on the phone. Finally asked for me to pay upfront for two months + damage deposit. I could not see the place in person, and he seemed very eager to rent it to ME, and made no mention of other people who are interested in it, etc.

So, disappointed but their new scan is in Oregon, we even drove to look at the house and sadly fell in love what we'll never have!

But in doing this, you will need to make a security deposit payment which is refundable (should in case you don't like the house) to enable the shipment of the Keys and Documents to your current address that i have here in the rental form, after which you could move in at your convenience. The rent starts counting when you move in and after moving in, you will be required to make the first month rental fees at your convenience.

I think this is the guy that's also involved in a craigslist tractor/truck scam he tried to pull with my dad. He's using [email protected] . If it's not him, they work for same group.he goes by mr Michael J Holness.
