This number has been calling a couple of times a day for about a month or so. They never leave a message and when I do answer (so I can yell at them for calling all of the time) there is no one on the other end, just silence. I think once, early on, there was a recording telling me to call back at some particular number. I have been under the impression it is for a newspaper subscription but I have not been able to confirm that.
This number has called several times over the past few days, but won't leave a message. The caller ID says 'Kitsap' only as and ID, along with the number. Kitsap is a local county to us, but not OUR county, but because we don't recognize the number, and they aren't leaving messages, we are not picking it up.
