Insurance scam. Report to FBI! Got a call from them about a pain cream. I'm 20 years old with no pain!! Hung up on me when I told them I didn't have pain.
I took the call and a lady claimed to be from Express Scripts. After I stated I don't have any business dealings with them, she said it was regarding a topical pain cream. I said that's a mistake and rings no bells with me. She said she'd check into that and we terminated the call.
FYI ... Express Scripts administers my Medicare Part D. They are a legitimate company but I don't see this number listed on their paperwork they sent me. Be suspicious of requests from individuals who say they are healthcare professionals or Express Script representatives, and who engage in any if the following actions:
1. Ask you to sell your Medicare prescription drug ID card.
2. Request your bank account number or Social Security number.
3. Ask for your Medicare number to send you free diabetic supplies.
