I got these peoples phone number looking for lifetime service. Now $450 less as they said they would call me back next day and take care off all my problems and clean out the many infections causing me to run slow.Never called back and tried to contact them through Dell and could not. Last four digets of acct I transfered money too 9145 Googled the phone number and came up with nothing but people who paid them and never got service
Caller Identified himself as Jain from Micro Tech. He said that my computer is disrupting other computers in the neighborhood and said that he can fix the problem before the police can come an get me. It sounded like a scam and I hung up.
Actually 1-855-210-3300 called us "from Microtech support" and said "since you are receiving a lot of errors to a public domain, I am calling you to tell you that I am here to support". He gave his name as Jeff Scott, his call back number was 239 247 5552. This call back number worked, but I found this site. When I explained to "Jeff" (thick Indian accent) about this site, he was laughing it off. I told him that he "can't call me back, take my number off the list, I am a techie who understands what he is saying" he was laughing. He responded, "no I can call you back". He said he was one of the "supervisors" too.
He called back one more time. And I just put the handset dow without responding.
The name of the Owners who are running this scam i KAZ LALANI AND KYLE ............. these guys are running the scam from india. help me to report !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! soon they will be busted by the fbi
Eddie Brown with heavy accent said something about needing to fix my computer. Didn't say which one. I took his name and number and hung up. Didn't take notice of name of company, micro something.
