I got these peoples phone number looking for lifetime service. Now $450 less as they said they would call me back next day and take care off all my problems and clean out the many infections causing me to run slow.Never called back and tried to contact them through Dell and could not. Last four digets of acct I transfered money too 9145 Googled the phone number and came up with nothing but people who paid them and never got service
The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!

If you gave them card numbers, go back to the bank and have the transactions reversed for fraud. You've been scammed by Indian scammers. Never give anyone access to your computer and never wire or send funds to anyone you do not know personally know. This is self-protection 101.
