Called back to back for 20 Minutes, never left a voicemail, last call I answered and said "I don't know who you are, you keep calling me with no voicemail left, my number is on the National DO NOT CALL list, you are now harassing me and will be reported" they hung up and have not called back.

This guy calls and tells my mom the IRS is suing her for money she owes and police will arrest her if she doesn't go to the bank and send him money. She is almost 90 years old and he freaked her out. What a monster this guy is!
