At my Mother-in-Law's when the call came to her house. Up until today, she did not know that I had put hers and my numbers on the National Do-Not-Call list. She also did not know that her previous time on it had expired (good for 5 years only). Anyway, call got answered because a guest thought that they recognised the number. Well, they probably did recognise the number since EVERYONE is getting these calls. I copied the number down and FILED A COMPLAINT with the National Do-Not-Call agency. I read somewhere that there have been 102 complaints so far since August 20, 2008. That's all.
a message said " Don't be alarmed, but this is the last day to lower interest on your account. Press one to speak to your account manager", when called back the number appears to give an out of service recording. These people have been calling me for weeks
Calls daily and does not leave a message. I am on the Do Not Call list and I am really frustrated from the phone ringing at anytime of day including weekends.
August 8 10:54 AM Received a call from 239-437-4835. Did not leave a message, but I was on another line. When I hung up quickly from the other line, the phone continued to ring. I did not answer. No message was left. We are on the DO NOT CALL list! I am so tired of these annoying calls. We get at least two per day. We are really frustrated also because we are getting calls from several different numbers in different locations. Can somebody please help????
Aug. 8,2008 Got a call at 11:00 a.m. Recorder message says "Don't be alarmed but this the last day to lower your rate...". I looked at the do not call website the other day and calls by survey takers and asking for donations are allowed. These other people are getting away with calling us and something has to be done to stop them. I'm posting a new phone number on this site almost everyday. I hope all the postings we are all doing will make something happen.
