then later called my mom.. she didnt answer
then an hour later called my brother!!! he didnt answer
so thats why i decided to google it!!

I first got a call on Oct. 20 from 505-268-1326. Unidentified woman said that my warranty was about to expire (last notice). I became angry, and asked her how she got my cell number. She then in turn became very nasty with me and began to argue. I told her that I was leasing my vehicle and the lease would expire before the warranty. She then yelled at me, and said she would put me on the "do not call list", and proceeded to hang up on me. I thought I was done with that, until today... Oct. 28, I got a call from this number. Miguel. Miguel was calling because he wanted to offer me an extended warranty on my vehicle. I played along, and asked which vehicle he was refering to (pretending to have multiple vehicles). He said he didn't have access to that info. Said that it would be a vehicle from 2001 until 2007. Then I asked him an easy one, Miguel.. what is MY name? Guess what? He didn't have access to tha info. either. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. Miguel said "I don't have..., hang on...", "uh, today I happen to be the floor supervisor". Being born yesterday, I believed him. Now it was my turn to become argumentative. I said, "Miguel, what is the name of YOUR company?" Miguel said, "I told you at the beginning of our conversation". I asked again. Miguel said "WARRANTY HELP DESK". I said "warranty help desk is the name of your company?" Miguel confirmed. I then asked for the address and phone number where he is. Miguel became very nasty at this point, and said "Well I'm sure it came up on your caller ID". I then attempted to insist that he give me an address, pleading with him to NOT hang up on me, and he yelled about the "Do not call list" and hung up on me. I have tried to call both of these numbers, and get busy signals, even a disconnect message. I left a message with the NYS Attorney General, but nothing yet.
