Who called from 2395968464

"D Tiseth" (per caller ID) called from that number today,  I didn't answer.  No message was left.

This number called me twice,  it's just dead air with no response.  Caller ID says "florida". When I tried to call the number back like previous posters it days the number is no longer in service.

I received a call from the same number, didn't bother answering it because I don't know it.  I figure they can just go to voicemail.

Why answer the phone if u don't know the number. My ringer is off. The # comes up on my tv. If I don't know the # I don't answer. That way they never bother me. This scum will keep calling if u answer !!!

First, in a very heavy accent he angrily said "Why did you hang up on me".  I told him it was the first call I'd had that day.  He said "No, you just hang up on me, just now".  I told him I NEVER had talked to him, and he said "You gave me your number".  Told him I didn't, and NEVER to call me again.  He called again in less than a minute.  I have a set of phones with the capability of blocking any number.  His is blocked!
