I received a call from this number but it was showing a friends name in the caller I'd so I didn't look at the number and answered thinking I would be speaking to my friend...wrong. I interrupted the caller who identified himself as Ray. My friend's name is not Ray. Ray was not showing in the caller I'd. We was soliciting for law enforcement. I received the call at 11:45 a.m. on 5/25/17.
Called my cell phone. Did not recognize the number so I did not pick up. Left no message. Most likely scam as legit companies/organizations leave a message.
