i got the same call, ironically they called our home saying it was regarding my brother in law issues, he passed 6 months ago. our hm line is not listed my fiances name which makes me wonder how they got that number, they kept asking for someone's name, and refused to give us any info on what it was concerning, after i got on the phone and told them i would give them no info if they could not tell us what it was concerning they hung up. they called the house 5 times today....fun
did not leave a message. I am sure it is a credit card co. regarding the estate debt. wish they had left a message, 800 number also listed on the id....both 240 & 800.

Someone from this number called asking to speak with the person handling the estate of the late {my name ommited}. I told them that I am the late {my name}. She then asked for my SSN to verify. I did not supply. Looks like a scam to me.
left a message asking who was handling the affairs of my late father in laws estate, figured it was a scam and never called back, they still call a few times a week but I never answer.This number was where the persons name usually is and an 800 # was in the caller id spot.
called 800 # and told them I was getting calls 4-5 times a day but no messages were ever left. woman asked for my phone # and told me who they were looking for which I do not know. she said they would remove my number. Lets see if it works.
