i got the same call, ironically they called our home saying it was regarding my brother in law issues, he passed 6 months ago. our hm line is not listed my fiances name which makes me wonder how they got that number, they kept asking for someone's name, and refused to give us any info on what it was concerning, after i got on the phone and told them i would give them no info if they could not tell us what it was concerning they hung up. they called the house 5 times today....fun
Called wondering if I was handling, or knew who was handling, the final affairs of a person I do know. I refused any information as should anyone else.
West Asset Management harasses me with phone calls EVERY DAY. They are a collection agency, and they contact me because I am the closest relative of the person they are trying to reach who passed away. I have a long distance charge on my phone bill with their phone number, even though I never called them. What a sorry excuse for a company! West Asset Management is nothing but a nuisance!
They call me at least 4 times a day and ask who is handling the affairs of my still alive wife. It is always a recording until today it was live but the babysitter was there and would not give them any info. Said they were very rude. Does anyone know if this is a scam trying to get info from us? What should I do about it?
