i got the same call, ironically they called our home saying it was regarding my brother in law issues, he passed 6 months ago. our hm line is not listed my fiances name which makes me wonder how they got that number, they kept asking for someone's name, and refused to give us any info on what it was concerning, after i got on the phone and told them i would give them no info if they could not tell us what it was concerning they hung up. they called the house 5 times today....fun
they call at least 5x a day and ring 5 times. If answered no one is on the line. How do I stop this and how long will it continue?? (it's been about a week now)
Keep getting calls at all times of the day. They just hang up and don't leave messages on voice mailbox. I traced the call and called them back to tell them to quit calling me. They are West Asset Managment. They asked if I knew Bill xxxxx estate where xxx is my last name. Look like they are calling everyone with last name xxx and harrassing many who have nothing to do with Bill XXXX. Their website brags about their agressive pursuit of deceased account resolution. This is rediculous and abusive
These people are contacting me about my father who passed away 8 years ago, in February of 2002.
I don't know why they are contacting me, as I have nothing to do with my father's affairs or estate.
Has called a number of times and say that they by law are a credit reporting agency, and that all info. that I give will be use by them. Last call was at 10:48 a.m. 6/27/08
