Got the email looks official but I called "Chris" told him about himself that it was a false charge and if he proceeded he would have a big mess on his hands legally. Had a phone call similar a few years ago. Told him that I knew it was a scam and not to bother me anymore.
I received an email from a Chris Matthews saying there is a lawsuit against me and this was the phone number listed. It sounds EXTREMELY FISHY! Trying to find out where call is coming from.
Ignore and block the e-mails. Total scam originating in India or Pakistan. Court documents that need to be served are only served in hand or by some other method authorized by the state you live in. No legal documents are served by e-mail.
