Got the email looks official but I called "Chris" told him about himself that it was a false charge and if he proceeded he would have a big mess on his hands legally. Had a phone call similar a few years ago. Told him that I knew it was a scam and not to bother me anymore.
I received an email with a word doc that included my "warrant" and a word doc that included my "summons" and this phone number to give them a call. I'm not sure how they got it, but they keep sending these to my work email. I think they fail to realize, that the only way you can serve a legal summons it to have it delivered to that person's home, which I have failed to receive. I would also like to know how you put a "hold" on a SSN?
