Got the email looks official but I called "Chris" told him about himself that it was a false charge and if he proceeded he would have a big mess on his hands legally. Had a phone call similar a few years ago. Told him that I knew it was a scam and not to bother me anymore.
Just got a call on my cell phone stating that I have a lawsuit against me, he never stated my name just refers to me as "you" and to give them a call on their direct line before they give the paperwork to law inforcement, and they give me the same number to call that they called me from! I did try calling but went straight to a recording. I left a message that if it was legitimate to send me information on what I owe them and if it was a scam to not contact me again or I will press charges. I did try to call again and the phone just rang and rang, no answer! So for sure a scam!!!! It didn't even give me a name of the company or his name!?!
I got an e-mail from somebody calling themselves, Attorney Chris Matthews, with the phone number, (240) 324 6607.
They claim I'm going to be arrested, with a fake warrant, and fake charges, if I don't pay.
I don't know what they're talking about!
I wasn't as nice as you guys, I told him that there are some people in this word you don't want to screw over, and he is about to find that out, Also park your camel in the back its stinking the place up.
