This is a collection agency. Called on behalf of an apartment company (Equity Residential) owning a building I hadn't been a resident in over a year -- they never sent me any bills, just sent me directly to collection -- after sitting on it for a year.
Got a call from these people re: an apartment I rented 8 years ago, got a signed off letter from management of no balance due. They are now trying to say I owe them $$ and have dinged my credit report 8 years later! ! ! ! EQUITY IS A HORRID COMPANY TO RENT FROM! I called the main office in Texas and go CUSSED OUT AND CALLED NAMES by an Equity employee.
