Who called from 2404286668

Strange number called me. I don't want to call back, because I live in Germany and it would be expensive.

This number called me on my mobile, came up Maryland  !!!! Had an automated message stating an activation code. No idea what it was for.

it called my cell phone and left a message. The message was in Spanish and it just kept repeating its own phone number. Google says it is from the DC area.

Call late 13 seconds according to the history but I dont recall revpcieving this 4:00am call and I live in South Africa.

Two voicemails saying "your activation code is 954440."  Third voicemail in Arabic repeating words.
