This person called me multiple times, even after I told her not to call me again. She was easy to understand except when naming her company at which point she mumbled.
She said it was a legal matter that I had to give her some information, and I told her not to call again, yet she kept calling.
i had a call from this number,n they were talkting abt sum legal activities against me for one of my paydayloan.and took it as a SCAM..and i hunged up..again they called me back an told me abt d same i hungep up again and i had a paper from the federal court of my state (marryland) and i was taken court...wht to say wht happened inside the court my attorney loosed the case...and i have to pay 2700$...please don't take it as a SCAM they r really a professional attorneys not a debt collector.
this person called me for one of my account with 10paydayloan.i never had any account with this payday loan company.he also told me tht it will be forwarded to the federal court of my state new york.
i used very bad,profane languages on calls with them n they just hanged up.never called me again but after couple of days i had a notification letter from them that i have to go to the court on 5th june.then it was a long conversation in the court.they have overtaken me they won the case.i have to pay them ample of money inside the court.
This person also name Ray Walton called me and accused me that I borrowed $700.00 back in Oct, 2009, he said my signature was on the western union form, claiming I signed it , WTF, when did WESTERN UNION ever mailed $700 cash to customer, he said the loan company I borrowed is called ACE CASH ADVANCE, I never ever heard such a thing in my life nor have WESTERN UNION ever mailed me cash in the mail, how stupid, any way I am due for Civil Court on July 23, 2009, So we shall see how much I owe this stupid loan company whom I have never ever borrowed or heard before, they got my whole personal life info, now I gotta go and change everything,
