i had a call from this number,n they were talkting abt sum legal activities against me for one of my paydayloan.and took it as a SCAM..and i hunged up..again they called me back an told me abt d same i hungep up again and i had a paper from the federal court of my state (marryland) and i was taken court...wht to say wht happened inside the court my attorney loosed the case...and i have to pay 2700$...please don't take it as a SCAM they r really a professional attorneys not a debt collector.
I got one of a settlement from two different lawyers of Ace cash services. Marcus williamas how spelled and Jonathan salinas . have my ss and work name and threatening jail and freezing accounts . should I worry no I'm in chapter 13; if they were real they would drop a claim so there not real.
Been getting the same emails. I live in NY, where payday loans and debt collection of them is illegal. The BBB has an alert on their site regarding them. This is scary. I wish I had never answered the email I. the first place. They are very persistent and have so much info.
