Called on New Year's Day!!! This carpet shampoo operation needs to get a clue and turn off its robot dialer -- for good. Reporting number as telemarketing fraud/harassment.
Got an automated message from this number which showed up on my Caller ID as "Carpet Care." Message was sales pitch for carpet cleaning. I selected "2" to remove my # from their directory but somehow have the feeling I'll hear from them again. Idiots.
"Carpet Care" selling carpet cleaning services. Second time they call in two days + second time we tell them we're on the DMCR, and ask them to remove us from our ost + second time we file a complaint with the DNCR. Will keep filing complaints, including with FCC.
file a complaint with the FCC - I just did. You can also file a complaint with your State Attorney General. See the FCC website for other possible actions (including financial redress)
