They hung up when my answering machine answered. The caller name may stand for Breast Cancer Financial Assistance. This Caller Company uses other phone numbers referenced elsewhere on 800notes with comments.
Why Me is right. There are several complaints on other blogs about this so-called charity. Since I never answer these calls, I'll never be a victim. They apparently have expanded their operation across the country. My call was received, 11/10/14, at 10:28AM, est. No message was left. Caller ID was BC FIN ASSIST.
