We are having a problem w/ these people also!! They are threating to put my husband in prison for 6 yrs. because we would not let them draft $120.00 out of or checking account. They could not give us any information...lawyers names, e-mail, address, SO I REFUSED to give anything. NOW they have "someone" by the name of Officer Daniel Hoffman claiming that my husband was going to prison for not agreeing to the payment arangements....CAN SOMEONE NOT STOP THESE SCAMMERS!!!
Collector called-would not tell me the name of his company-said I owed a debt that I do not owe-from a group I had never heard of-very rude-I had my attorney call them-they would not give any info or even a fax number so the attorneyu could fax them a letter-BEWARE
i received a call from that number;a woman told me that her company is filling an affidavit to summon me.then she threatened me with felony complain,reposation,warrant,etc.if i don't call her.
Got a call from this man today saying that I owed some money and that I was summons to be in court. He did minor threats and said I need to call them back ASAP. Come to find out that they were a Collection Agency!
this place is legitimate, they saved me $15,000 off my orig bal to settle out of court and then provided me with all the coorespondence i needed to prove that my bill was settled and i was no longer obligated to discover card services. not only that but i was able to verify that there was in fact a claim filed in my home county and i was able to save money on an attorney too by settling my acct out of court. to all the people that are angry,all i have to say is pay your bills, you know you owe the money, no point in running or making up some excuse for not being able to take care of your financial responsibilities. you know it belongs to you, so be an adult and take care of it you may actually be able to only pay pennies on the dollar.
