Okay I take care of this elderly lady and she got a phone call the other day swearing up and down that she owed money to a bank out of buffalo new york and if she didnt pay the money she was going to go to jail. Well in a frantic she gave me 25 dollars and enough to send it money gram. Now this was her last LAST few dollars she had! We didnt think about it at first that it could be a scam. So the more i got to thinking about it I started to talk to her about maybe it being a scam and that I was going to look it up on the internet for her. Now I feel so bad that she paid that money to them. She was crying over having to give up her last 25 dollars! GET A JOB YOU FREAKS! i cant believe you would take from innocent people!
Caller said that there was a "civil complaint" against me and that they had sent me a certified letter. Ms. Candis Carter said that the letter had been returned. I never received any notice of a certified letter. She also threatened me with a lawsuit. I told her that those kinds of lawsuits are not available in Texas. She stuttered and said, "let me look that up." I told her not to call anymore. I promptly looked up the number on the internet and found this site.
Left message about civil issue regarding lawsuit. Called back and just got their voice message. They called me at a late time in the day for
legitmate business call. I will ignore this call if they call me back.

Special Investigator Daniel Hoffman called our home phone yesterday with the same litany of "civil action" etc. for someone we don't know. I've been playing phone tag with him, and have called the FBI, FTC, Oregon Attorney General, Montgomery County Maryland PD's Fraud Unit, our local PD Fraud unit, the carrier (Level3) that their phone numbers are registered to, and found tons of information online about this collection of scam artists. I've made it a point today to call and harass this group of individuals for their mistake of targeting my family for something that doesn't exist.
A collection agency using threats of "kicking doors in", warrants, lawsuits etc., not to mention using such professional phrases as "F_ _ _ you".
I have attorneys involved, 1 police dept., 1 sheriff's dept., and district attorneys from 2 counties in California involved in investigating this company.
