Called my phone about 30 minutes ago, 9/20/2016. I answered. No one was there. Just got a call from 347-394-1623 saying "...a lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our departments number 347-394-1623. I repeat, 347-394-1623. And, thank you." My number got passed around a lot, today.
Number called my wife. I called number back is disconnected number. Which means someone has cloned the number. It is probably one of those irs calls saying if you don't call us back you are going to jail. I am law enforcement do not fall for the call and don't call the number back. You number could become the next cloned #
Just found out this guy called my husband's cell phone. When my husband asked how he could reduce our interest rate, the guy told my husband to go eff himself, called him an SOB, emeffer, then hung up.
