Receive daily calls from number but no message. Finally answered and was asked about vehicle mileage from a lady with a strong accent. The phone disconnected as I was being transferred.
Received a call from this number @ 11:23 AM. Guy w/ strong accent, lots of background noise. Said something about car warranty. Asked him if was trying to sell me something. He knew my car type. When I told him I didn't understand what he was saying, he hung up. Called back got a msg about the office being closed.
Called but left no message... called the number back after their 4th all to me and got some message saying the office was closed but I called during the hours the message said they were open.. falls inline with many of the other messages been getting a bunch of calls and mail from place trying to sell me extended warranty for my 2010 Jeep Liberty. guessing this was about the same
I was called 3 times this week. The third time I answered the phone. I also had lots of background noise. The caller's accent was of Indian origin. They asked me about my car mileage on the car that I currently own. Frustrated, I told the telemarketer to take me off her list. I reminded her that calling a person randomly on a cell phone or home constitutes a $500 fine. The telemarketer promptly hung up.I also tried calling the listed phone number, which was a local area code. The recording said that the office was closed and to call during normal business hours. Interestingly I live in Eastern Standard Time, and the office hours of the business were listed in Pacific Standard Time, even though the phone number exchange was in my time zone and my area code. The phone number also was suggestive of a mobile phone as it had a zero in the first three digits.
