Who called from 2482913112

Just received a call from this number on my cell phone.  Didn't answer because I didn't recognize it.  They left a voicemail that sounded like a kid playing with a phone or someone pocket dialing... just voices in the background that didn't really sound like a telemarketer boiler room.

The area code is the same as the one in my cell number.  I looked it up on white pages to see if maybe I'd missed a call from someone I know from back home, but white pages says this number is "associated with heavy spam activities".

called 2 times in a row and I did not answer the calls.

Got a call from this number on Friday, the 26th.  Caller ID said GE INTEG.  No idea who this is.  No message was left.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.

Called my cell & left voicemail that was some bleep sound like call was connecting then "Hello?" and then hung up

was man stating he was w/GE and tried to sell alarm system - I rent - he hang up.
