Who called from 2482913112

This number called but didn't say anything

someone at this number called my cell and did not answer when I picked up

I received a VM of just clicking; however, the phone didn't even ring when they called.
Not sure who this would be, but I'm on the do not call list, they shouldn't have even called me in the first place.

15 secs, no response.  so I googled the number and found this page.

We receive frequent calls from this number.  I will not pick up.
