Anti-Telemarketer, I wish I would have seen your posts sooner. I could have helped out.
They called me last year, and since I didn't know how to use the blocking feature on my phone at the time, I didn't have them blocked when they called me again just now.
Since it's the same area code as my cell, I assumed it was someone I knew or do business with. I answered and there was silence for 17 seconds. Finally, a woman with an American accent came on the line and said, "Hello". I responded with "Hello, who is this?" in Spanish and she hung up on me. lol
I have set this number to go straight to my purposely full voicemail box. While clearing out my recent calls I noticed that they called and had been sent to VM on September 15 and again yesterday.
I wish Anti-Telemarketer would come back here or at 800notes and let us know what happened with the lawsuit. They must not have made a ruling yet or it turned out in favor of the company who's ignoring the do not call laws because I've gotten 3 calls from them (and many others have too) since the case was heard back in April.

The MI Attorney's office does take these complaints to the business and requires them to respond in writing. I did that and was able to stop their calls coming to my cell phone number. NOW they are calling me at work! Here we go again ...
This solicitor keeps calling my cell phone to sell me a home security system. The company is ge. I asked to be removed from their call list. I want to sue them for harassment.
