The operator said she was calling from consumer's energy. And told her that I was on the do not call list and hung up

This is Consumers Energy's Appliance Service Plan. The plan covers your appliances if they breakdown unexpectedly. There are a range of plans that fit every budget. I signed up for the furnace plan for appliance service plan for $12.49 / month and had my furnace stop running a couple weeks ago.  Consumers Energy came out that day and fixed it with no out of pocket cost to me. If I didn't have the plan that service call to fix my furnace would've cost me $450! Thank you Consumers Energy!!
