Caller with thick accent and bad phone connection....his phone cut out when he stated his company and few other times....talked for several minutes about appliance plans and cost. Wanted my personal information. I told him to take me off their list and do not call again. It felt very much like a scam. Could be Consumers Energy, however they send me materials regarding this all the time and I have a hard time believing they would have someone calling with such a bad phone connection to represent their company for appliance plans...
