received call from this number - got to an operated and when I began laughing - he began to call me all types of profane names- I just continued to laugh at him and he got mad and hung up.
Just got a call from this number. I receive similar calls at least 2-3x a week. Spoke to agent, told them to stop calling me as I'm on the do not call list. Foreign sounding male started laughing and said there is nothing I could do. He said the only way that he would stop calling was if I married him.

Agent: Hello? How can I help you today?
Me: I am not quiet sure, your recording said you can reduce the interest rate on my credit card. But I have no credit card.
Agent: Hmmm... it says here you do?
Me: Really can you give the bank and the account number that you have?
Agent: No sir, I am sorry if we have the wrong number. (Disconnected/hung up)
