I think these scammers along with others bought our information from the black market. I shopped at Target about a year ago during the security breach. They waited a year for the coast to clear and now they are trying to scam us.
I received the same call at 8:40pm. I'm also on the don't call list. Too bad we can't do something about this that would cost them like when you get advertisements in the snail mail and use there postage to send junk right back to them without them knowing who sent it but they have to pay the postage with pre-postage envelopes!!
