Received a call from these idiots and I decided to put them on the hot foot. Told them we knew all about their operation and threatened them with the usual law suit even told them where they are from. This woman's name is Ellen from Credit Services in New Jersey. They had been calling previously but the person they wanted isn't at my number and I didn't care. Maybe the Attorney General's Office in each State including New Jersey should be contacted.
Continues to call, although I have threatened harrassment. Called again today and used different company name!!! Claiming to be debt collector on somethng that I never signed or agreed to????
Got a call from this number stating I am being sued due to a past due balance on an online payday loan. Claimed to have all of my info. Very disturbing. I believe this to be a SCAM.
Someone called and I could not understand much of what he said except something about computer not working and some other crap that I could not understand and I told him that I knew he was scamming and that I have a record of these calls and never to call again or I would report them. I guess that they hope that they get some idiot who will go along with their scam. Idiots. From some other country, sounded like he could barely speak English.
Just got a call from 253-236-2020, someone trying to take advantage of unskilled computer users. They want you to run event viewer commands and then tell them what you see. Of course, the errors and warnings that show mean doom and gloom for your computer. Yhey then want to connect to your system so that they can help...DONT DO IT!!! Nothing but scammers and hackers.
