Received a call from these idiots and I decided to put them on the hot foot. Told them we knew all about their operation and threatened them with the usual law suit even told them where they are from. This woman's name is Ellen from Credit Services in New Jersey. They had been calling previously but the person they wanted isn't at my number and I didn't care. Maybe the Attorney General's Office in each State including New Jersey should be contacted.
Hahahaha - bunch of scammers! TRIKON. Foreign, poor english speaking people who want to run a Windows computer scam on you. REPORT THEM TO THE National Do Not Call list if you're registered as I did.
Just got a call from this #. When I answered, there was a long pause and then a female voice said "goodbye". I like an earlier post that suggested telling them the call is being recorded. Think I will try that if they harass me again.
I got this call today from this number, and they said they were from Windows Live. They told me that I have malicious viruses in my computer and they can help me if I go online and they would walk me through it. The woman had a heavy Indian accent and seemed to be reading from a script. I let her talk and talk and in the end I told her "Excuse me, but I don't even own a computer." I caught her off guard and she hesitated and just said, "Oh...forget about it then." LOL...dumbasses, who doesn't have a computer these days! What scammers! Hopefully others won't give in to this bullcrap nonsense.
I received a call from this number today telling me that my computer was receiving malicious information and was crashing my computer as we spoke. First of all they addressed me with the wrong last name which raised my attention. Secondly, Windows is owned by the company Microsoft, so why wouldn't Microsoft be calling me. Thirdly, I told the guy I had an Apple...his response " Why you wasting my time"....I said " Hey you called me, how could I be wasting your time". I called the number back that was on my caller ID and it is said it was a sales company and if I wanted my number taken off the call list to press 1, then it immediately disconnected me before I could press 1. This is certainly a scam....
Just received call from Trikon at the 253-236-2020 number per my phone caller ID -- man with heavy Middle Eastern accent -- said Windows shows multiple errors in past few days -- turn on your computer and we can help you. Did not do this and will not answer further calls with unknown ID numbers.
