I get the same person calling my cell and at my job telling me that they are going to sue me and file a check fraud, and a whole lot of other things and asked to see if I have a lawyer. At that time I did not and called one to check on what I could do. Called a lawyer and he told me if they call again tell them that your going to repot them to FBI. It's against the law for any payday loan company or there collections agency to sue you for an unpaid payday loan. Payday loans are un-secured debt. I live in Texas so I would suggest other states to call a free lawyer to ask about this type of law in your state.
