Has been a scammy day here, and have to wonder why these idiots keep calling with the scams (no chance in hell that I would give out anything but made up financial info). Have tried blocking, never answering the phone, giving out bogus credit card information, and nothing stops the flow of scam calls. Lately, I just answer the phone and blather nonsense in another language. This is a travesty that these scammers are allowed to call endlessly without ANY repercussions. Seems like the phone companies could stop this endless harassment in a moment if they wanted to.
Why not let the phone ring, instead? The local number may be used for that purpose and that's why he continues to call. Try blocking his number. Blowing a whistle, firing a cannon, gun, jet, etc.,. does nothing in the long run. Stop him by ignoring his calls entirely.
Called at 7:30PM. Did not answer. Did not go to voice mail. This number has shown up before a few days ago.
At one time I answered and it was some scumbag wanting donations. Do not answer, do not call back. Most telemarketers requesting donations only contribute about 5% to the actual charity and keep the rest.
