Who called from 2532452534

Caller ID shows this number as "ST" and calls me four to eight times a week! When I say I am on the Do Not Call list they hang up as I am talking.  

Second call in 22 mins. with caller I.D. of ST.  1st number was 646-503-1885 now 253-245-2534. The first call left no message and was coming from New York.  The second call started out with a pre-recorded message that said "Don't hang up, this isn't a sales call."  I hung up at that point. This call was coming from Kent, Wash.

Left message on voice, Chronic pain message. These people are relentless. They need to up the do not call fines!

Do Not Call is about as effective as the rest of the US government, which is completely useless.  I have also received 3 calls from 3 separate numbers with a CID of "ST", which I have not answered.  They are listed, below:

The DNC list is effective.  But it is not perfect and it will not stop determined scammers and criminals.  Especially those outside the US.  I'm sure these calls originate in the Philippines.
