Same thing happened to me, except i pressed 1 and nothing happened. just told me to press 1 again and i did and it still didnt work so i just hung up. called bank they didnt know of any fraudulent activity.
Just got a call from this number and it stated that my debit card had been frozen and I should press 1 to find out why but i didn't press anything. stupid A hole I don't even have a debit card. I feel really bad for elderly people who take that sort of thing serious!
