Have no clue who this is that keeps calling. It's getting frustrating not being able to talk to a live person to speak with a supervisor to be assured your not going to get a call back from this organization, cause obviously they utilize more than one out-going line, they probably have a couple dozen. I'm finding it difficult to believe that while it for some reason isn't surprising you can find out a private citizens business on the internet, but you google a phone number such as these calls that are a nuisance the best we can do is come up with forums as these. Seriously, can't believe the name of this organization isn't disclosed. That is the primary reason why I have absolutely no faith in and feel the "DO NOT CALL LIST" is just a means of making people feel like their voice has been heard, they don't tell you that certain agencies are exempt, and may continue to call you.

I have Time Warner Cable which allows me to block up to 30 phone number's, kind of becoming useless in itself because as I just mentioned, this organization obviously has more than one outgoing line in which calls are made.

Keep getting calls from number 253.246.8573.    Don't have debt.  Don't answer the calls, so don't know from whom they might be?    Anyone know who they might be, that's calling?
From reading below it could be anywhere from Lowes, auto insurance, to health insurance?

Don't answer the calls, let it go to voicemail (trying to unsubscribe is self defeating).  Use the telco SIT tone on your outgoing voicemail.  The tone tells automated dialers that the number isn't valid.  Google search SIT tone wav.  Play the tone off your computer as the first thing on your voicemail recording, wait 2 seconds, then speak the rest of your outgoing message.  Mostly works for automated dialers, but some human dialed marketers hear the first part and just hang up.

If this board allows it, the link to the SIT tone wav file is here:

I went a bit further and put this together for my voicemail message:

There's also inexpensive devices out there you can connect to your land line phone that play the tone whenever you pickup.

Jon.
