Got a call from this number stating the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. Called this number and no answer. Is the IRS having a holiday today. ha ha...they did not identify me by name, ssn, or address....the number they called me at is my office in a hospital.
Got the same call, turns out the knuckle head I talked to claimed he was calling from Jamaica! He was glad to tell me he had gotten alot of money from my country, even pulled my house up on Google Maps and describe it to me. He knew way too much about me and my wife. I told him he was full of BS!! This is a total scam!! Simply add the number to you blocked call list.
I also recently received a phone call on my home landline phone and it stated "The IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. Call this number." I never called the phone number back but referred this message and phone number to my state
Attorney General to pursue and resolve. I just wrote the Attorney General this week so I am awaiting his response.
Call came in Th. at 7:04 am 4/22/15 , left mesage . Sead it was the IRS and that someone (unnamed) is being sued and that this was final call . Sead must call back at once . Gave number but no name given . number given was 253-292-2645 .
