I heard a prerecorded message loading into my message machine (woman's voice) saying "Alert!" "Time is running out to get obama care ..." I picked up just so I could hang-up. Didn't bother with an introduction or company name ... just launched into their scam.
Caller ID said "LOCAL" ... Area Code 253 is NOT local here.
This has to be a scammer of one sort or another, 253 area code is not local. Also we are not a part of ant union so it can't be that, as in (Local Union etc.) I block as many as I can, my number of blocked numbers is full. Argh!
After receiving many unsolicited calls from scammers and telemarketers, I finally invested $100.00 in a call blocking machine that can block 1200 numbers in total (200 numbers are already pre-loaded into the machine, which still leaves you 1,000 open spaces for you to block these bottom feeders! Honestly, $100.00 is well worth the peace of mind and peace and quiet around the house!! You might want to research these machines - silence is GOLDEN!
