Sadly, no they don't read these comments ... many of them aren't even in the country, thanks to VoIP you can call from literally anywhere and "spoof" any number in the world.  I once got a call from my own number!!! I was slightly tempted to answer, but reason won out!

Blocks 250 phone numbers can be purchased online, walmart.Com and other online stores. Very easy to use has a button on the base and on the hand held units that reads Block Call you can also very easily enter a number manually not complicated at all.

Consider getting a call blocking device(more - up to 1500) or phone (limited-250).. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

The problem with reporting all of these calls to the DNC is, if it's a spoofed number, you are only causing trouble for the poor sucker whose number was used without their knowledge.

You do have unlimited call blocking. Create and entry in your contacts called Block. Add every number you want to block and all the scammers who call. Have that entry set to "All calls to voicemail". Problem solved. The most I see is a notice that "Call from Block 2 sent to voice mail". I am up to 3 entries.
