I got a call from her as well and she wants to talk to me but she came up with "Unknown Name" which makes me think either an auto-dialer or some kind of scam artist or both. If she wants to talk to me so bad, she would say more than "Please call Jane at 262-636-8182".

If you want people to call you back, consider telling them what the hell you want!!! You are not so important that people are throwing themselves at the chance to get an audience with you!
BTW, don't call me again. I don't know you and, since I don't know you, I do NOT want to speak with you UNLESS you tell me exactly what it is that you want to speak with me about. Don't beat around the bush, Jane. It's really annoying and so are mindless people leaving thoughtless (and impersonal) voicemails for me to answer!
Interesting. I googled "Franks Adjusments" and the only hit was your mention of it in this message thread. Maybe rather than telling people to pay their bills, you should just worry about getting your facts straight.
