Very pleasant young man, Devon, tried to sell me energy switch. Would not give him any info, and he said info is on my utility company bill (OTHER energy companies....ALL with bad reviews also say the same thing that info is on my bill. ) Yeah, but NOT all the companies call only that you can switch). Did some research and they have three bad reviews, none good that I could find. Normally would spend more time checking it out. He was prepared for EVERY question I threw at him, so they are sounding more legit. Also the name he gave was Sperian, although the call came from PA (he said I could call back for legitimacy), It is tough NOT to answer when you know the call is within short traveling distance from your home and could be a family member. If it had shown it was from out of state, I would not have answered. In the background, there were lots of voices speaking, so I am listing it as telemarket.
Just got a call from this number and same as above, caller ID says Line Lexington PA. Dead air call. No one there, no click of a hangup, just dead air.
Phone number is from "Experion Energy", when I enquired as to how they got my number and why they called when I was on the do-not-call list they said they would put me on their :own" do not call list and hung up.
THE DO NOT CALL LIST IS A BIG FARCE and does nothing. I have a caller ID and do not answer numbers I am not familiar with and most of them are scammers I then block the number out if the calls continue.
