They have been calling me every day at 11;30am and it is very annoying. I too have a mortgage through Nationstar which was recently taken over from GMAC.
I have never been late on my mortgage and I always send a little extra to put towards the princpal each month. I never answer the call because I am at work but I hear the phone vibrating in my purse and it very distracting.

They sent me two statements the first month after they bought the Mortgage, on the 29th of the month(due on the first). ever since then I send my payment with the previous months statement, on the 15th of the month.
These guys Send me a letter complaining that they have not received payment when they cashed my check two weeks ago, and then two days later I get the statement in the mail for that month. always on the 28th or the 29th of the month.
I have NEVER delt with a worse mortgage company. Period.
I have been getting 2 - 3 calls per day by this number for the last 5 days or so now. I don't answer numbers I don't know. After reading these complaints and seeing that it belongs to NationStar, it makes sense to me now. Our mortgage was recently sold to them. Great, I don't want to be bothered by telemarketing calls. I am on the do not call list for that reason.
have our mortgage with them. Have never been late. They keep calling anyway. 6-7 times a day & they never leave a messsage. Have put to them in writing & verbally over the phone to stop calling they just keep on or use a different number. Thankful for caller id. Never answer calls we don't know. I may turn their number over to our phome company stating that we are being harrased.
