If it is the scam I have heard about , they say they can fix it remotely then if you give them enough info they hen can control you computer or get into it later to steal other stuff ( Info) that is on your computer.
This person calls many times a week, he says he is with Microsoft and my computer has a problem. I then has hang up. My computer is find. What scam is this now? He has an accent like he is from India.
How are you blocking the number? All that shows up on the caller ID is 986-2014. When I try to block the number I get an error that says the number is too long. Please tell me how to block is so that I can stop these calls?
