I just called 1-877-459-6689 today! It is MGM-Summons in Sugarland, Texas! They do apologize for the 281-201-6036 number that's making solicitation calls!

BERNICE IS SCREWED UP AND NEEDS TO GIVE YOU THE RIGHT PHONE NUMBER IF YOU FEEL THAT IT WAS SO IMPORTANT TO GIVE HER A CALL. MY CELL PHONE NUMBER 860-992-8174 IS A CONNECTICUT PHONE NUMBER WHICH IS EXPECTED TO BE KEPT PRIVATE AND THAT SHOULDN'T BE THE NUMBER FOR BERNICE TO GIVE YOU TO CALL ANYMORE! I ALSO ENCOURAGE YOUR UNKNOWN TELEMARKETERS TO NOT GIVE OUT MY CELL PHONE NUMBER ANYMORE AND TO LEAVE ME ALONE!
Got a call from this number. She stated that there is a summons for me and that she wanted to transfer me to a caseworker. I allowed it. It rang until it went back to her. She wanted to give me a phone number to call. I told her it is illegal to notify someone by phone of a summons. And that if they tried calling me again I would report them to the FTC and file harassment charges. She then tried to transfer me to the caseworker again and then it just went dead. SCAM scum! Watch out people! Don't pay them a dime!
Got the same call in less than 30 minutes 1/7/2014 . She said they have a summons out for me . In the call she sounds like India or some kind of accent and I could hear bunch of the same accent people talking in the back ground .this is some kind of scam I hope .
