I just called 1-877-459-6689 today! It is MGM-Summons in Sugarland, Texas! They do apologize for the 281-201-6036 number that's making solicitation calls!
Had a voice mail from this # 281-201-6036 or 877-631-3902 on 01/10/2014. Summons for a debt for my daughter. I called the # back and they transferred me to another #. I left a message to not call this # again. Do not owe anyone any money. My daughter actually got a call similar to this last year, In fact they called several people in town with the same last name asking for her. Said that she owed for a payday loan. $500. She actually went ahead and paid it. I told her to never do again unless they can send you actual proof of the debt. So if I get a call again I will be filing a complait.
agh your poor daughter!!!!! this is awful stuff. they get whatever they can from nice people wanting to right their wrongs, when they werent even wrong... the same thing happened to my daughter!
Just received similar call about a summons and the number for the case worker assigned to the csse.......scam, fell for it before and lost a lot of money to nothing more but a collection agency. They use this tactic in order to scare people into paying by using courtroom jargon like summons and lawsuits.
RECEIVED A CALL 2 DAYS IN A ROW FROM A 1-281-201-6036 AND A INDIA WOMAN LEFT A MSG TELLING ME TO CALL BACK TO A 877-560-8065 I CALLED THE NO# AND SPOKE WITH A NICK AND HE STARTED TELLING ME THAT I HAVE A PAYDAY LOAN FOR 800 BUT THEY ARE WILLING TO SETTLE FOR $520 BUT THEN WHEN I ASKED HIM FOR MORE INFORMATION FOR THAT SAID I HAD A PAYDAY (GTI HOLDINGS) HE STARTED YELLING AND SCREAMING GETTING MAD. ALSO WHEN I CALLED BACK TO 1-281-201-6036 IT SAID THAT, THAT NO# COULD NOT TAKE IN COMING CALLS SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!
If anyone wants this summons company mgf and associates to stop calling, their call back number is 877-560-8065 according to whoever was called and got that message! It will accept calls, but only at the time of their conveniences since they're always spending time on the telephone lines with other random customers they're currently talking to about these mysterious cases in which bernice ortiz has been responsible for. Her cell phone number is 860-992-8173 which got mixed up with my cell phone number 860-992-8174!
