I received a call from this number asking me questions about where I live, and if I build picnic tables, this guy was very persistent about how he was the only guy who knows how to build a picnic table and was the only one in the Baytown area, I told him I was also building picnic tables, the only reason I decided to look him up was because of the disturbing phone call, after looking it up something came up through something called merchants.com, it is a public review site, so I had a look at his picnic tables and gave him a five star rating, but I apparently made a mistake by simply saying I also build picnic tables in the Baytown area, after that he made sarcastic threats like, I'm going to have some people come over to your house and pay cash for some of your tables, and I'm going to come by to and buy some from you, after several calls, I told this guy, it didn't make sense the way he was acting, I told him all business, every business has competition, but he insisted with these sarcastic like threats, I notified the sheriff's department, they gave him a warning call, telling him not to notify me are, come to my location, the next day a strange man showed up, notice him talking to my children at the front gate, I confronted him, he told me he was interested in a table, when I asked him his name, it was bobby,, something but it was a bogus last name, he was driving a nineties model dodge pickup truck, it was red, the officer told me, too call him, if he had come over are, tried calling again, the problem is, I've never seen him, but suspected, this was him, you see all my customers are by order, they pay first on my website, then I build it, never have no one come to my residents first .

My name is Bobby Clark and trust me,..all you have to do is call the Harris County Sherriffs Department and ask them if this is true...I did get a phone call from someone pretending to be from the sherriffs department.. I called the number back because it didnt sound right to me..guess what no one ever answers..it says "This number is not in service"He is correct..we had a debate about his right to get on my website and try and give me a five star rating for my picnic tables and leave a review for everyone to call him if they had any interest in buying one of his $65 tables with a link to his website..he has never even seen one of my tables before so has no right to even try and leave a review and so I decided to make a visit to his house to discuss with him that a cease and desist order was getting ready to come at him next via my lawyer..My lawyer advised me to get his address so he would know where to send the letter right before that law suit motion follows it.. And he is a very elusive man, Competition doesnt bother me because to me after building my tables for 3 years, I know the wood alone is $50..bolts, nuts, washers and then the screws all of them rated for the out doors cost at least another $10...ooooops, he forgot to figure in the cost of electricity, Good saw blades that must be replaced and the cost of drillbits and all those little things that make up the difference between a Bad [***] Table and one he always compares to Lowes version..Oh well.. I should have brought my camera along that day because then I could have included a picture of his withered sway backed picnic table right out there on his porch... Its obvious he wants to do damage to my business... I have many references that go back years for mine..and doesnt seem to have more than none.The so called Police officer that called me next and Demanded I not call his number anymore after I had already told him I would never call again..conversation is over,,well guess what..that number turned out to be some scam mans number that dont answer..not the harris countys number at all and then...well..sorry..but I have to say the truth..in defense, may the BEST man win...ask him for reference numbers..pretty simple...aint it?
